A Brief Overview of your Search options

PREFERRED SEARCH

A Preferred search is used for positions where there is a real desire for timely fulfillment, and/or for multiple positions which require thorough, ongoing professional representation in the marketplace as well as for all staffing levels where time is a critical factor.

  • Your professional search consultant and project staff focus the majority of their time on filling your position.
    • Our service charge is paid in two installments:
    • One-third of the charge is required upon execution of the agreement.
    • The remaining balance is due at the time the candidate starts employment.
CONTINGENCY SEARCH

Contingency Search is best used when there is less urgency to the search and the need to fill the position is less critical. As our client, you do not commit to any payment unless and until a hire occurs.

  • No financial commitment is required to initiate the contingency search process.
  • Our service charge is due at the time the candidate starts employment.

RETAINED SEARCH

We recommend this option when seeking to fill your most crucial executive and management positions.

  • Your professional search consultant and project staff commit the majority of their time to your search until it is completed.
  • A minimum of two or three candidates who meet or exceed your predetermined requirements are presented within an agreed time frame.
  • You are given first right of refusal on candidates. Candidates will not be presented to competing organizations until client has determined that there is no interest in pursuing the relationship.
  • Our service charge is paid in three installments:
    • The first installment is paid upon execution of the agreement.
    • The second installment is paid at a specific, agreed upon time during the search process either at the midpoint or at the time of the first candidate’s interview.
    • The final installment is paid at the end of the predefined time frame or after a candidate starts employment.
