Before joining The Richmond Group USA in 2006, Alan established his foundation in the security industry over a 19-year career, which included serving as president of his own commercial integration firm. He started as an end user, migrated into sales, sales leadership and then completed the life cycle as a highly respected business owner within the industry.

This broad experience provides him with a strong foundation of knowledge, understanding and comprehension that is difficult to find elsewhere.
