Leader of the Construction Management search practice, Rosanna Coor specializes in commercial and industrial construction in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions with a strong focus on mechanical, electrical and structural steel contractors. 

Rosanna has helped a range of companies including Trane, Gibson and English Construction by successfully recruiting talented construction professionals for key management positions. Over the years she has completed searches ranging from Vice Presidents of Sales and Superintendents to Project Managers and Project Estimators. 

Rosanna's success can be attributed to the combination of her in-depth knowledge and understanding of the commercial construction market and her exceptional ability to identify and recruit top talent. She is in the marketplace every day networking with impact players, which resulted in her achievement as a top five-percent performer worldwide in 2008. 

 Although Rosanna's recruiting career began in 2005, she has a solid foundation in the construction industry with previous experience as a project manager herself. She says she "grew up" in the industry as many of her family members have been and currently are involved in commercial construction. 

Rosanna and her husband have also been “hands on” with their own construction projects, such as building their home.
