As the Vice President of Business Development for The Richmond Group USA, Bruce Peacock leads a professional recruitment team within the manufacturing, operations and engineering arenas.

With over 17 years of recruiting experience, Bruce has been involved in literally hundreds of successful talent acquisitions, including Presidents, Vice Presidents, General Managers, Plant Managers, Engineering Managers, Quality Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Design and Plant Engineers, Industrial Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Customer Service Reps, Sales Managers, Directors and District Managers.

Adapting to changes in the evolving workplace and workforce, Bruce's team has also become more heavily involved in flexible solutions such as contract staffing and temp-to-perm arrangements.

Bruce's commitment to his profession is evident in his designation as a Certified Sales Account Manager (CSAM), which is earned through proven performance, continuous education and adherence to the highest professional standards. Less than ten percent of all recruiters have earned this distinction.

As a marathon runner, Bruce applies many of those principles to the recruitment process - such as, "be focused and committed to the process." In his opinion, short-term gains do not enhance a career or a company. "You need to recognize reality and provide an objective viewpoint as a recruiter," he says.

A graduate of Roanoke College, Bruce is very active on the home front, where he is involved in the activities of two sets of young twins plus a toddler.
