The Client, a global provider of specialized imaging technology and products in support of the Homeland Security efforts, was looking for a key executive to lead global sales, business development and marketing strategies. Working with all stakeholders, Alan Chamberlin and his team we were able to identify that this role would require a dynamic leader with a proven track record of building and managing diverse global teams experienced in developing and capturing enterprise security opportunities in both the government and commercial sectors. Alan also recognized that the client possessed a distinct technology advantage over their competitors. They focused their efforts on individuals who have been in this unique environment and had proven their success at leveraging the technology advantage to accelerate sales and capture significant market share. After an extensive, focused recruiting effort they identified and qualified the top three individuals for this role.
